I recently hired Lee Norris Ltd plumbing & heating for a job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Lee was punctual and professional, arriving on time and ready to work. He installed four new radiators in my property, He installed new copper pipes that were neatly set into the wall. What really impressed me was his attention to detail - two of the radiators were fitted but left unfilled with water so I could easily remove them for plastering and painting. Lee returned promptly to complete the job, connecting and pressure testing everything to ensure it was in perfect working order. The workmanship was great, and he left the area clean and tidy. I asked Lee to quote me for fitting a new combi boiler. He suggested a very good boiler with a good price/quality point. He turned up when he said he would and even moved some things around so he could do the job as quickly as possible. His standard of work is very high and cleaned up completely after doing the job. I would have no hesitation in using Lee again or recommending him.

When our central heating failed us, we found Lee from a recommendation. He came around the same day and diagnosed the problem. He was thorough, quickly got us an estimate and came round a day and a half later and we were quickly back in business. Friendly, professional, very reasonable cost and entirely trustworthy. Lee and Lucas put some long hours in on a weekend to install our new boiler and the quality of the work was brilliant.
